Caverion Sweden strengthens its position in Eskilstuna by acquiring the assets of Eskilstuna El-Tjänst AB

Caverion Sweden has acquired Eskilstuna El-Tjänst AB with two employees and annual sales of about SEK 10 million through an acquisition of assets.

Eskilstuna El-Tjänst was founded in 2021 and offers electrical services and smaller-scale electrical contracting services, mainly in the cities of Eskilstuna and Strängnäs and their environs. Services include troubleshooting, repairs and new installation, as well as some control and fine-tuning services. Customers include local property and industrial companies and other installation companies.

"One of our strengths is to perform property services and technical management with our own resources, and by the acquisition of Eskilstuna El-Tjänst we strengthen our electrical competence in and around Eskilstuna. The customer base comprises construction companies, property companies, industrial operations and public-sector clients.
