Caverion merges its companies in Finland - the market leader in technical services employing more than 5,000 professionals across the country

Caverion merged its companies operating in Finland at the turn of the year. Caverion Industry (Caverion Industria Oy) is now merged into Caverion Finland (Caverion Suomi Oy).

Caverion, employing more than 5,000 people in over 40 locations in Finland, continues to focus on three main areas:

• building technology,
• industry and
• infrastructure.

"Caverion is the market leader in Finland in technical services and installations. By merging our two companies, we ensure that we serve our customers even more comprehensively and smoothly," says Ville Tamminen, CEO of Caverion Finland. 

"Our financial position is stable. Naturally, we are hoping to see more investments and activity in the market in 2025. Our society's transition to renewable energy is a very important strategic topic for us, and during the year we will certainly share about the progress with our customers in this area. We will also keep our eyes open for acquisitions," Ville Tamminen continues.
