Caverion Germany acquires Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH in Germany

Caverion Germany has acquired Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH on 4 April 2025. Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH is a family-run company, with over 30 employees and annual revenue of more than EUR 5,5 million (SEK 61 million). The company is based in Sprockhövel, North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany and offers solutions in the fields of ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, filter and cleanroom technology. With this acquisition, Caverion Germany further strengthens its position especially within cleanroom technology. 

The company will remain an independent company within Caverion Germany and the previous co-owner, Dr. Arndt Schulz, will continue as the managing director.
