Caverion and Samla Capital Oy have agreed on providing Managed Services to properties owned by Samla Capital.

Caverion is responsible for Managed Services for Samla Capital’s 15 office, business and care properties, located in different parts of Finland. The total area of the real estate is about 55,000 m2.

“We have high expectations for the cooperation and Managed Services provided by Caverion. Thanks to Caverion's extensive service network in Finland and consistent approach, we are able to better maintain and develop the properties in our portfolio. Our goal is to consistently increase tenant satisfaction. We believe that this will have a long-term impact on increasing investor returns. Deepening cooperation with Caverion will also help us achieve our goal of increasing our assets in the near future to over EUR 100 million,” says Samppa Lajunen, founder and portfolio manager of Samla Capital.

“We are delighted about our cooperation with Samla Capital. One of the key objectives of our cooperation agreement is to support Samla Capital to further expand its business in Finland. Our job is to provide first-class service to tenants and to ensure the maintenance of the facilities in the long term and in the best possible way. Key issues for us are optimal conditions for end users and smooth functioning,” says Heikki Rostila, Business Director at Caverion’s Finland division.

The agreement includes Caverion’s real estate helpdesk services through which tenants can make service requests and report potential non-urgent fault notifications 24/7.
