Caverion and AstraZeneca sign a Managed Services agreement covering two pharmaceutical facilities in Sweden

Caverion and AstraZeneca, a global innovation-driven biopharmaceutical company, sign a Services agreement covering AstraZeneca’s research facility in Gothenburg and production facility in Södertälje, Sweden. The scope of the agreement includes disciplines Automation, Security & Safety, Heating & Sanitation, Cooling and Electricity. The value of the contract is not disclosed.

The agreement is based on the Vested model, and the common goals are set together with the customer.

The new agreement has been developed in accordance with the Vested methodology, which gives us the opportunity to take the partnership to the next level with strategic objectives such as high level of customer satisfaction, employee engagement, accessibility, security, environmental considerations and cost control," says Björn Kullman, Head of F.E.M, AstraZeneca.

The total floor area included in the new agreement is estimated at 775.000 m2.
