Caverion provides building solutions to new buildings at the Technopolis Ozas office campus in Vilnius, Lithuania

Caverion has signed a contract with Mitnija, the largest construction company in Lithuania, for design and installation of building solutions for two newly constructed buildings at the Technopolis Ozas office campus in Vilnius, Lithuania. The value of the contract is approximately EUR 7 million. Caverion is responsible for the design & engineering as well as project management and project execution. The developer of the project is international office real estate owner, operator and development company Technopolis Plc.

The contract covers the technical disciplines of heating and sanitation, cooling, ventilation and air conditioning, security and safety systems and automation. The total area of buildings is 25.000 m2. The two new buildings will complement Technopolis Ozas campus and construction works are scheduled for completion in autumn 2016.
