Caverion’s first Annual General Meeting to be held today

Caverion Corporation is holding its first Annual General Meeting today, March 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m EET at the Finlandia Hall in Helsinki, Finland. The Chairman of the Board of Directors Henrik Ehrnrooth will open the meeting, and the current President and CEO Juhani Pitkäkoski will present his review of Caverion’s financial performance in 2013, the company’s business operations and the strategic goals.

Fredrik Strand, Caverion’s new President and CEO as of April 1, 2014, will also introduce himself at the meeting.

“I have had the pleasure to be a part of the Caverion team for a few weeks now. I have become familiar with the company’s operations and met our employees in several countries. I am convinced that Caverion has unique opportunities to be a forerunner in the Building and Industrial Services market in the future. After the successful start of the new company we will now be moving on to the next stage of our strategy. We will get back later in more detail on how we will continue to execute our strategy going forward,” says Fredrik Strand.
