Caverion renewed facility management contract with IZD Tower in Vienna, Austria

Caverion continues comprehensive facility management in IZD Tower with a new contract which total value is EUR 3 million. Caverion is thus continuing an already long-established partnership.

Located in the Donau City business district, the IZD Tower stands in the Austrian capital of Vienna. There is more than 60,000 m2of office space in 35 floors. In 2012, the IZD Tower was awarded US LEED EBOM Gold certification. The requirements placed on the operating company are thus accordingly high. And equally high are the demands placed regarding the facility management of the building.
