Caverion provides sanitation solutions to new maintenance depot of Oslo metro in Norway

Caverion has signed a contract of EUR 4.8 million with general contractor Veidekke on sanitation project execution for the new Sporveien metro maintenance depot. The agreement includes the installation of plumbing in four buildings in Avløs outside Oslo. Maintenance depot’s total surface area is ​​16,000 square meters and it is used for parking, servicing and maintaining the metro carriages.

Installation works have started and will be completed in January 2015. The project is an important component of the expansion of the Kolsåsbanen line.

Veidekke is responsible for the construction of the buildings and has chosen Caverion as sub-contractor to take care of the sanitation solutions.
