Caverion is responsible for Holmen Paper’s facility management in Sweden

Caverion Sverige AB has been chosen to provide facility management services for Holmen Paper in Braviken, Sweden. Caverion will take on responsibility for property maintenance and external areas at the paper mill which comprises 170,000 square metres of production space, 5,000 square metres of office space and 360,000 square metres of external area.

– We are very pleased and excited to provide Holmen with an integrated service agreement, says Klas Tocklin, Regional Manager at Caverion Sverige AB.

The agreement also means that Caverion will set up a service centre where all work relating to the assignment will be handled. The agreement commences on 1st September 2013 and runs until 2016.

The forestry group Holmen manufactures printing paper, cardboard and timber products and is involved in the forestry and energy industries.  Holmen Paper which is situated in Braviken outside Norrköping is one of the world's most efficient paper mills, employing about 390 staff.
