Caverion is responsible for Helsingborg municipality's facility management in Sweden

Caverion Sverige AB has signed an agreement with Helsingborg municipality's real estate company Kärnfastigheter. The technical facility management assignment, consists of services in building maintenance with energy and environmental focus and includes 112 buildings on a surface area of 350 000 m². This agreement is valid from 1 January 2014 and extends until 2017.

Kärnfastigheter is Helsingborg's real estate company and is responsible for the management and development of the city-owned properties and condominiums.
