Caverion and Neste Oil sign a heat exchanger maintenance agreement

Caverion Industria Ltd and Neste Oil Corporation have signed an agreement on heat exchanger maintenance that enables the maintenance services of heat exchangers in the Neste Oil refineries in Porvoo and Naantali. The agreement is for the duration of three years, and its value is significant for both turnover as well as personnel work impacts.

Neste Oil is one of the leading oil companies in the Nordic countries and the Baltic Sea area. Cooperation between Caverion Industria (the former YIT Industrial services) and Neste Oil has continued for long now. The signed maintenance agreement is a continuation to the agreement signed in 1999 but the content of the new agreement is more extensive. The renewed agreement covers maintenance services for heat exchangers during operation as well as unit shutdowns. Caverion’s strong experience in the maintenance of petrochemistry facilities as well as competent and sufficient resources improve and ensure the usability of production. In addition, the maintenance agreement aims at increasing productivity and achieving lower costs for Neste Oil.
