In summer 2024, almost 2,300 employees took their new office space in use in the new impressive domicile in Nordhavnen, developed by AP Pension and Nykredit. Covering 75,000 square meters, the distinctive building represents improved sustainability, innovation and social responsibility.

 

A sustainable and innovative environment

Caverion was chosen as Hard Service Partner for this prestigious project. Our tailored facility management concept supports the ambitions for a sustainable and innovative environment in the new building. With highly professional on-site personnel, we ensure operational reliability for Nykredit and AP Pension on Svanemølleholmen, Nordhavnen, Copenhagen. Our expertise in the installation and maintenance of critical facilities contributes to a high degree of comfort and safety for employees, which promotes a productive and safe workplace.

At AP Ejendomme, AP Pension and Nykredit, the investment in innovative construction, where there has been a focus on sustainability, has been decisive factor in the project.

The domicile, also known as "the social office building", is designed with both environmental and social considerations in mind and is built in accordance with the Voluntary Sustainability Class (FBK).

On-site personnel and remote services

With our on-site personnel and remote services, efficient operations and reporting is ensured to meet the high expectations for the building's performance and sustainability.

The building, which consists of the AP building and the mixed-use building, functions as AP Pension's new headquarters and a meeting point with access to Nykredit's new headquarters, the NK building, via transparent glass-covered walkways.

This 75,000m² domicile symbolises collaboration, sustainability and the workplace of the future. AP Pension itself will occupy around 15,000m², the multi-use building approximately 12,000m², and Nykredit just over 30,000m². In addition, the building includes a parking garage of 20,500m². With this innovative project, we not only contribute to the success of these companies, but also to the development of the local area.
