An important milestone for the green transition
In connection with the establishment of Greenvolt Power's new solar park, Høegholm Energipark near Tirstrup in Denmark, we have been tasked with delivering the necessary infrastructure, including the construction of the high-voltage substation in the park. This collaboration marks an important milestone in the green transition.
Greenvolt Group, through Greenvolt Power, is establishing a solar plant covering an area of approximately 71 hectares with an expected total output of 96 MWp. The plant will be able to produce approximately 99,000 MWh annually, which contributes significantly to Denmark's ambitions to increase the production of green, renewable energy. As part of the project, we have developed and conceptualised an innovative 60/30 kV substation that combines transformer and line field. In addition, a 60 kV export cable to the point of connection "POC" at the regional utility company will also be delivered and installed.
The solution increases the efficiency of power transmission from solar energy into the electricity grid while reducing the costs of energy distribution. Thus the solution supports Greenvolt Power's goal of integrating renewable energy into the electricity grid in an efficient manner.
We deliver a complete turnkey solution
The complete turnkey solution includes:
- Civilworks: Casting of foundations, terrain regulation, moving and leveling of soil, sewage, setting up fences around the technical area, etc.
- High-voltage substation: Technical house incl. switchgear, relays and other equipment, as well as 60kV complete AIS field incl. line outlet and 60kV transformer
- Export cable: The cable that connects Greenvolt Power's solar park with the DSO station 6.5 km away, ensuring efficient power transfer to the electricity grid
